This week’s prompt is: A diver uncovers government secrets buried at the bottom of the ocean.

Has this been done before? I know the ‘hidden secrets’ in rooms, basements, safes, etc. have been done, but the bottom of the ocean?

Who is the diver? Are the ‘secrets’ items or documents? Is the diver looking for the documents, or will they just happen to find them? Who hid them, and why? Who will be harmed when the secrets surface? There are quite a few different ways you could attack this.
